The first step in implementing the RuralCare project has been to bring it closer to the people. That is why on 17 December 2020, we met with the mayors of the territories identified for the pilot, Tierra de Campos Norte and Tierra de Campos Sur, to convey this project”s mission and vision and count on them as facilitators and collaborators with the dynamisation of the territory.
“Services based on people, and not the other way around” has been one of the key messages and will be the essence of this project.
The piloting will address a pre-selection of 150 people for the intervention group and 200 for the control group, carrying out an experimental methodology that will analyse both groups” results, allowing an evaluation based on evidence of both impact and cost-efficiency.
